Andrew Lomax established his business bringing with him over 15 years of Sales experience. Working extensively within the Financial, Media, Legal and Tax sectors and with strong contacts, Andrew has a deep understanding of these markets and of the key business requirements.
Prior to setting up the business, Andrew consistently found that he was being asked to recommend people for ‘difficult-to-place’ jobs even though these companies were already using recruitment firms.
Andrew also found from his own personal experiences recruiting internally, that the candidates selected for him by recruitment firms did not fit the job profile nor the requirements specified. He also experienced poor follow-up and a lack of passion demonstrated by those trying to place candidates. Andrew saw an opportunity to provide a superior level of service and supply exceptional talent. In short, he realised that he could do a much better job.
